Issuance of a Howard University parking permit licenses the holder to park only one motor vehicle in the parking facility designated by the parking permit at the holders risk.  The University, as licensor, hereby declares itself not responsible for fire, theft, damage to or loss from any motor vehicle or any article left therein.  The University assumes no liability whatsoever in connection with the operation of motor vehicles on its property.
